REGULAR FREE SHIPPING: FREE shipping for all orders in Canada & US - no minimum order amount required. 

During regular season, our courier service's shipping times are 2-10 business days. 

CHEAP EXPRESS OPTION: If you are in a rush and want it delivered quickly then we have an option for you. Express tracked shipping is available (1-3 Business Days) for $9.95 ONLY. The express shipping options are either FedEx, UPS or Purolator. Our express delivery times are 1-2 business days in Ontario and 2-3 business days in other provinces in Canada.

All orders of value above $30 will have tracking information. 


Free shipping for UK customers on all orders of $70+. 

Free shipping worldwide for all countries on orders of $120+. Fixed shipping fees of $15 on all orders under $120. 

Our Shipping Standards

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will be processed within 1 business day inshaAllah.

It will take 2-10 business days for your item to deliver after it has been dispatched. For express mail, it will be delivered on the next day for orders delivered in Ontario and up to you 3 business days in other provinces across Canada.   

If a particular hijab is out of stock or if additional information is needed for verification or clarification, Hijabs&More Customer Satisfaction Team ( will contact you by email. 

If you have paid for express shipping then your express orders will be processed on the next business day or on the weekend. 

Transit Time Canada & US

Standard Shipping (FREE): 2-10 business days

Express shipping options are available at checkout for a minimal fee. Express shipping in Canada will take 1-3 business days and costs $5.99. 

We are offering free express shipping for orders of $50+ delivered in Ontario. This offer is a limited time offer and can be changed at anytime. 

Transit Time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 12 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Hijabs&More ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch all your items together whenever possible to reduce excessive packaging and shipping impacts. We will contact you to confirm, if you want to wait for the item or a get a replacement item. 

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid on orders of $120+, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.

Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Returns & Exchange

We do not offer an exchange or return service at this time due to the pandemic and the safety of our staff. 

Return Exceptions

If an item is damaged or it has a manufacturing defect then we will refund the full cost of that item. Please reach out to our team - we'd be happy to help!

All hijabs returned to us will be donated to a welfare/charity organization.
